Constructions in Rang a Trí

Over the last few weeks we have been looking at buildings in Macroom and Cork and discovering their importance and their uses. We have used plenty maps to help us locate them and we built various types bridges a couple of weeks ago. Over the last week or two the children picked an important building, and in pairs or groups were given the opportunity to build it in what ever way they wanted. Can you spot some familiar buildings?

The girls thought of different ideas on how they could make working lungs and they gathered the materials. The girls had lots of fun testing out their lungs and displaying them for everyone to see!!!
