Have you ever wondered how your body works?After researching our lungs, the girls and Ms. Buckley decided to make their own working lungs. The girls thought of different ideas on how they could make working lungs and they gathered the materials. The girls had lots of fun testing out their lungs and displaying them for everyone to see!!!
Did you know we have budding scientists in 3rd class??The girls used their investigating skills to see what would happen by adding soap to milk and food colouring. We were all shocked by the results. It turns out milk can really be magic!! Why don’t you give it a go at home?
The girls in third class were given the challenge to design a boat that would not sink using materials from our classroom.Firstly they brainstormed what materials they would use, then they drew what their boat would look like, next they created their own design and finally tested it to see if it would sink or float.
