Congratulations to our 2nd Class girls who received their First Holy Communion last Saturday. They had a wonderful day celebrating with their families.
March was great fun! We enjoyed our Wellbeing Week, especially yoga and the bake sale. Our show on the week of the Easter holidays was the highlight, followed by a pyjamas disco and Easter Art!
Second class had their first confession todsy. Thanks to Fr. Roberts and Monsignor O Donnell for the lovely ceremony and no homework!
We had a great week for Seachtain na Gaeilge i rang a dó. While dressed in green, we practiced for our show, had a visit from the Woodland String Band, had 2 ceilis (one with first class), did art for Mothers Day and St. Patrick’s Day and had a visit from our faith friends in St. Mary’s. We also examined a wasp nest. We also had a small bit of time to continue with our normal school work!
