Ray and Paul at Macroom Wastewater Treatment Plant were kind enough to give an extensive tour of the site to the St Joseph’s Green Schools Committee. Ray also completed a science experiment with the girls showing them how dirt is filtered out of our drinking water to make it clean and safe enough for us to drink. We had many questions for Ray and Paul who answered them with patience and kindness.
